Residence Inn is a proud partner of the American Red Cross as a member of the Disaster Responder program. As an extended stay hotel brand, Residence Inn has served as a "home away from home" for many guests. Creating places of refuge, and providing housing, particularly during times of disaster, is a natural extension of this role. Our spacious suites with full kitchens provide a comfortable and convenient environment for our guests. In addition, a high level of service is provided by Residence Inn staff members. They are focused on getting to know our guests, some of whom stay for weeks or months at a time and they strive to understand their guests’ needs, both physical and psychological.
