Join Us and Dine Out For Disaster Relief

Wednesday, August 23, 2017
Check back for participating restaurants.

2017 marks a century milestone. The Greater St. Louis Chapter of the American Red Cross provides help and hope to our neighbors impacted by disasters. The biggest disaster threat in the United States isn't floods, hurricanes or tornadoes - it's home fires. Locally, we respond to an average of three fires a day. Red Cross staff and trained volunteers stand ready to provide food, clothing, shelter, health services and comfort. Any time. Any place. Any one. For 100 years.

In August we will team with Missouri Restaurant Association, MasterCard and KMOV-TV to spread our vision throughout the community. Our goal is to engage St. Louis area restaurants in an effort to raise funds and awareness of our mission. Participating restaurants have offered to donate a percentage of their proceeds for the day. All funds raised will benefit local disaster relief operations. Use your MasterCard that day at any participating restaurant to boost the MasterCard donation. Please join us in celebrating our centennial by participating in DINE OUT for the Red Cross DISASTER RELIEF - August 23, 2017.

Other ways to help: invite your family, friends, neighbors and colleagues to DINE OUT FOR DISASTER RELIEF or if you are a restaurant owner or manager and interested in joining our effort please contact co-chairs: Dianne Bennett at dianne.bennett@redcross.org or Mary Claire Shaughnessy at maryclaire.shaughnessy2@redcross.org
