Holiday Mail for Heroes

American Hero Envelope

Once again, the American Red Cross and the St. Louis Rams are partnering to encourage the St. Louis community to send holiday wishes to active military, their families and veterans in homes and hospitals. The Holiday Mail campaign gives schools, organizations, companies and individuals an opportunity to honor our servicemen and women by sending cards during the holiday season.

This year, the Red Cross and the St. Louis Rams are encouraging local schools to join in this cornerstone event. The participating school that creates the most holiday cards (per student) will win a Rams PLAY 60 Challenge Assembly, including a St. Louis Rams player appearance. The PLAY 60 Challenge Assembly is an interactive and educational way to promote the importance of health and fitness.

To participate and be eligible to win a Rams PLAY 60 assembly, please follow the below instructions:

1. Contact Sandy Vaughn at or 314-516-2841 informing of school participation by Friday, November 13th.

2. Create holiday cards!*

3. Contact Sandy with the total number of cards created and the total number of participants involved by Friday, December 4th.

5. Craft the most cards and win a Rams PLAY 60 assembly (with a player appearance) for the participating students!

*All cards need to be delivered to the Red Cross by Monday, December 7th.
