Each year the American Red Cross NH/VT region hold two events that honor local individuals or groups. Red Cross recognizes individuals or groups across the country who have demonstrated an act of heroism and have shown courage, kindness and unselfish character in their service to others. The nominee may be a professionally trained life saver or simply a good Samaritan. You may nominate a friend, family member, work colleague, or other community member. A community-based Everyday Heroes Awards Selection Committee will select the winners. Feel free to include news clippings, witness contact information and any additional details that will assist the Selection Committee in selecting this year's Everyday Heroes.
Any member of our community is welcomed to provide nominations throughout the year.
