Merrimack resident Wendy Thomas has discovered the joy of shelter living – more like a fun resort than a last resort for her family.
As workers set up beds, people arrive seeking shelter from the cold, including families with children and the elderly.

A single family home was heavily damaged by fire. A family of five, 3 adults and 2 children, ages 4 and 8 years were not at home and are safe. The family’s cat is also safe.
