In Fiscal Year 2013-14, the Central New York Chapter of the American Red Cross was part of the Central New York Region (it is now part of the Western & Central New York Region). The Central New York Region included four main chapters (Central New York, Mohawk Valley, Northern New York and Southern Tier) and covered 16 counties: Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Saint Lawrence, Tioga and Tompkins.
