Health & Safety

All across the Eastern Pennsylvania Region, countless people are alive today because of the training that someone received from the Red Cross. From First Aid and CPR training to Swimming, Lifeguarding, and Babysitters training, Red Cross preparedness programs help people lead safer and healthier lives. But we don't stop there. We are always alert to the changing preparedness needs of our community, the Red Cross is constantly pioneering new programs, such as teaching people how to use automated electronic defibrillators (AEDs) to save lives in cases of sudden cardiac arrest.
