- Attend a local orientation information session
- TABE (reading and math assessment) OR verification of High School diploma or GED
- Must pass a Red Cross criminal background check prior to registration
- Completion of Red Cross physical form/TB test
- Academic course fee
- Text books
- Stethoscope
- Background check
- American Red Cross CPR, AED, and First Aid training
Program Course Fee: $1,250 includes:
- Tuberculosis PPD testing or chest x-ray
- Physical
- Drug screen
- Certified Nurse Aid State Exam Fee on graduation - $94
- Physical
- Letter of recommendation
Additional requirements are the responsibility of the student
In addition, the student must provide their own clinical day uniform which includes:
- Red scrub pants
- White top
- White shoes
- Watch with a second hand
- Pen with black ink
