The Red Cross offers Learn-to-Swim Classes in Ridgewood for kids. Taught by our knowledgeable and certified Red Cross instructors, we help young swimmers understand the importance of swimming safety and feeling confident in the water. Our kid swim classes include six levels of instruction including an Introduction to Water Skills as well as Stroke Development and Improvement courses.
Developed for teens and adults, our adult Swim Classes in Ridgewood give students the opportunity to improve their swimming skills while under the guidance of a Red Cross instructor. Every level of experience is welcome and the program is designed to be to learn at your own pace. Swimming lessons for adults are available in 3 levels. 1) Learning the basics 2) Improving skills and swimming strokes and 3) Swimming for fitness.
Designed to teach professionals how to maintain a safe environment for swimmers as well as the most effective ways to respond to various swimming emergencies. From injury and illness to accident prevention and more, the American Red Cross Water Safety training Ridgewood is a 3 hour course that can be taken alone or in conjunction with other training and safety courses.
