Benefits

  • - Participants will be more connected to the American Red Cross mission and strategic plan and have an enhanced understanding of youth involvement.
  • - Participants will gain self-awareness of their leadership skills and desired competencies as Red Cross volunteers.
  • - Participants will be part of an intensive training environment, sharing best practices and connecting with their peers.
  • - Participants will be able to apply their newly gained skills at chapter, unit and Blood Services region levels by developing projects that can increase capacity in their communities.

"Each and every day youth make significant, positive, long lasting impacts within the Red Cross. That’s the good news. The even better news is they are willing to help in even more ways."
