CONCORD, NH January 2, 2013 — The American Red Cross responded to a house fire located at 377 Critchette Road in Candia, NH today. Four individuals were affected by the fire including two children ages 14 and 16. The family was given financial assistance for food and clothing by the American Red Cross Disaster Action Team (DAT) who are groups of local volunteers located throughout the state, specially trained to provide disaster relief and emotional comfort. These volunteers are available to respond at any time of day or night to disasters in their communities or surrounding towns.
