BOWLING GREEN, OHIO, WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 22, 2014 – Tickets are now on sale for Fire & Ice, American Red Cross of Wood County’s annual winter fundraising event. The event will take place on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at The Clazel, 127 N. Main St., Bowling Green, from 7 – 11:00 p.m. The event honors first responders and local community partners, while recognizing blood services and blood donors who go above and beyond to support Red Cross efforts. Fire & Ice features Clint Corpe as M.C. and Don Rose as auctioneer for the evening.
“We are excited for this years’ event and appreciate the wonderful partners who have generously donated their time and services to support our cause,” said Deb Hellman, director of the American Red Cross in Wood County. “We encourage everyone to purchase tickets early to guarantee a spot to enjoy the festivities.”
Guests to Fire & Ice will enjoy live entertainment from Bourbon Street Band, dancing, caricature artists, and a celebrity bartender contest featuring local fire fighters. Tickets will be available for a fine wine and craft beer raffle, live and silent auctions, and much more.
