American Red Cross hosts 11th annual Food Lion Golf Classic

The Elizabeth Hanford Dole Chapter of the American Red Cross is excited to announce the 11th annual American Red Cross Food Lion Golf Classic on Friday, April 20.

Proceeds from the tournament will benefit local Red Cross programs and services, such as disaster services and services for military members and their families.

“The Red Cross contributes in so many ways to Rowan County. From disaster relief to blood drives to CPR training, the Red Cross is always there,” said golf committee chair Nancy Shirley. “Contributions from the golf tournament fund many of the critical services the Red Cross provides throughout the year.”
