Disaster Assistance Provided For Arkansas Flood and Tornadoes

Individuals affected by the recent tornadoes and flood with emergency disaster needs in other areas of the state are asked to call (501) 748-1021.

The American Red Cross in Arkansas is providing emergency disaster assistance for food and clothing for Garland, Montgomery, Polk and Scott County storm victims at the following location:

  • 9 am - 5 pm, Boles Arkansas Southern Baptist Church, Highway 71 and Barker Road, Boles
  • 9 am - 4 pm, Garland County Office of Emergency Management, 401 Mid-America Boulevard, Hot Springs
  • An emergency shelter is open at the following location for those affected by the Montgomery and Scott Counties flash flood:

  • Boles Community Center, Highway 71 and Chris Freeman Circle, Boles
  • Individuals in other areas of the state in need of disaster assistance from Thursday, Friday or Saturday’s storms are asked to call 501-748-1021.
