September is National Preparedness Month. It’s a great time to review your emergency plans and to make sure family, friends and neighbors are prepared for the disasters that are common in Montana.
Whether it’s a house fire, a wildfire, a flood or a severe winter storm (and that's just naming a few local possibilities), having a plan in place before an emergency hits means that you’ll know what to do and where to turn in times of crisis.
This month, follow us closely on Facebook or Twitter and we will help you assemble your emergency game plan and your emergency kit, a few steps at a time. If you tick off the items on each list as we go, you should be in very good shape by the end of the month!
Commit NOW to preparing for any disaster that may come your way. And as you complete each section, send us a message so we know you're working with us!
Ready? Here we go!
