New Outdoor Building to be Donated to Red Cross


An 8x10 steel outdoor building is being donated to the American Red Cross - Kansas Capital Area Chapter on Friday November 30 at 9:00am.

With the assistance of Westar Energy, Bill Nace, Red Cross Volunteer, and HR Cook and David Sterbenz, Red Cross Board Members, the building will be placed on a cement slab at 1221 SW 17th Street. The building will serve as storage for the supplies needed to respond when a disaster strikes.
