On November 15, 2012 the Cincinnati Area Chapter hosted a Supplier Diversity panel discussion, the Benefits of a Supplier Diversity Program: Learn from the Experts, experts

Floyd Pitts, J.D., Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer of the American Red Cross, Washington DC will moderate a panel of local experts, including Alfonso Cornejo, President, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; Crystal German, Vice President of Economic Inclusion, Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber; Sean Rugless, President and CEO, African-American Chamber of Commerce; and Pete Strange, Chairman, Messer Inc. to discuss the importance and benefits of diversifying your suppliers and vendors.

Came together to discuss how having a robust Supplier Diversity program can strengthen businesses, organizations and our local economy.

Nearly 100 community leaders attended this event and left with a greater understanding of how supplier diversity can improve our community.
