Red Cross Offers Assistance Phone Number for Berthoud


Fort Collins, CO, 10 a.m.,Friday,June 5, 2015 – The shelter remains open at Berthoud Community Center at 248 Welch Ave, Berthoud, CO. A phone number has been setup if people are needing assistance.
 
The Berthoud Community Center remains open as a shelter to support those affected by the tornado Thursday evening. No one stayed at the shelter last night although Red Cross volunteers were on sight to provide comfort and support if needed.
 
If people need Red Cross assistance they can call 303-235-6636 to get help. The Red Cross typically provides for essential immediate needs such as housing for the night, food, blankets, comfort kits, clothing and help refilling medications destroyed by the tornado. Emotional support is also available from the Red Cross.
