Red Cross Responds to Multiple Danville Fires

The American Red Cross responded to 2 fires in Vermilion County during the week of 4/22.

The first fire displaced a Danville family of 2 after a fire destroyed their mobile home. Local Disaster Action Team volunteers provided them with financial assistance for food and clothing.

The second fire destroyed the home of a Danville family of 3. Local Disaster Action Team volunteers provided the displaced family with financial assistance food, clothing, and shoes.

The community can help those affected by future disasters by volunteering with the American Red Cross and/or making a contribution to American Red Cross Local Disaster Relief.
