Red Cross assists after Jacksonville home fire

Red Cross responds to Georgetown Apartment Flooding
The Red Cross is working with that family and the family members of the mother and 2 children that perished with mental health emotional support.

Red Cross disaster volunteers assisted a family after their home fire on June 28. The fire, located in the 1600 block of Mt Zion in Jacksonville, affected 2 different families. Sadly, one of the families was unable to escape their home and perished. The Red Cross provided the other family of 2 with their emergency needs, and is working with that family and the family members of the mother and 2 children that perished with mental health emotional support.
