Volunteers in Vermilion County responded to a house fire in rural Rankin IL. The homeowner saw sparks coming from the wall, and when he went to turn off the breaker realized there was a fire. The home was completely destroyed, and the family of 9 lost everything. Red Cross assisted with with emergency disaster caused needs including food and clothing. Thankfully, the family has insurance and are already in contact with them.
