Toyota Donates to Disaster Relief

The Greater Cincinnati-Dayton Region of the American Red Cross would like to thank the local Toyota dealers (Beechmont Toyota, Dry Ridge Toyota, Kerry Toyota, Joseph Toyota of Cincinnati, Kings Toyota and Performance Toyota) for their generous donation of a 2012 Toyota Tundra presented at the September 22nd Cincinnati Reds Game at Great American Ball Park. This marks the third year in a row that the local Toyota dealers have donated a Tundra to a deserving group of local heroes.

In 2010 the Tundra was awarded to the Florence Fire & EMS and the Warren County Sheriff's office. "And this year we're awarding the Tundra to the first responders from the local chapter of the American Red Cross - who are all great American local heroes," said George Joseph, President of the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Toyota Dealers.

The American Red Cross is thankful to the local toyota dealers as well as the Cincinnati Reds for such a great honor for our most prized possessions, our volunteers. "We are so grateful for this donation. Toyota's partnership and support of our local programs and services makes a difference for those who rely on the Red Cross in disasters and other emergencies," said Susan Redman-Rengstorf, Chief Development Officer for the American Red Cross.
