Voting Has Opened: FedEx Air and Ground NFL Player of the Year

FedEx Air and Ground NFL Player of the Year

You may have noticed the American Red Cross paid a little more attention to the gridiron than normal this fall.

All eyes were on the FedEx Air & Ground NFL Players of the Week program, where fans voted on their favorite air (quarterback) and ground (running back) player and even generated a bonus for the Red Cross. As part of the program, FedEx made weekly $2,000 donations to local Red Cross chapters in each of the winning player’s names.

Now, three players in each category who had the best year are nominated to be FedEx Air & Ground Players of the Year.

IT’S TIME TO VOTE During the weeks leading up to Super Bowl XLIX, it’s simple for fans to cast their vote for 2014’s leaders at the quarterback and running back positions. Fans can submit their picks for each category on NFL.com/fedex until Thursday, January 29.

FedEx will also make a $25,000 donation in each winning player’s name to Red Cross chapters in their teams’ cities.
