(LOS ANGELES, April 27, 2015) The 2nd Annual American Red Cross Celebrity Golf Classic was held on April 27 at the Lakeside Golf Club in Burbank, with many celebrities in attendance to support the mission of the Los Angeles Region Red Cross.
Celebrity participants included Kevin Nealon (“Blended”, “Weeds”, “SNL”),Jonathan Banks (“Better Call Saul”, “Breaking Bad”), Bailey Chase (“Saving Grace”, “Longmire”), Kurt Fuller (“Psych”, “Supernatural”), Mark Paul Gosselaar (“Saved by the Bell”, CSI), CS Lee (“Dexter”), Mark Moses (“Mad Men”, “Desperate Housewives”), Joe Mantegna (“Criminal Minds”), Joel Murray (“The Artist”, “Mad Men”), Neil McDonough (“Captain America, First Avenger”, “Suits”), Patrick Fabian (“Better Call Saul”), Jay Ferguson (“Mad Men”) and Joel Gretsch (“Push”, “Legend of Bagger Vance”). The dinner reception was emceed by Chris Rich (“Reba”, Murphy Brown”).
The tournament kicked off at noon with a shotgun start, and concluded with cocktails, dinner, and an awards ceremony in the beautiful clubhouse. Along the course, players were treated to sponsored holes by True Links Wear, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Casamigos Tequila, who provided a Margarita Bar, and a lunch sponsored by the Farmer’s Market. The Celebrity Golf Classic will help to provide resources to support the work of the American Red Cross throughout the Los Angeles region and nationwide. All proceeds from this event will be used to assist victims of U.S. Disasters.
