Elizabeth Fieux has joined the American Red Cross San Gabriel Pomona Valley Chapter as Director of Development, it was announced today by chapter CEO Ben Green.
“Elizabeth offers our board a range of experience in both the business and non-profit sector,” said Green. “With that background, she brings diverse skills in the non profit sector to our board and we will all benefit from her hands-on experience within our community.”
Since 2011, Fieux was the Director of Development for the California Council on Economic Education, a statewide financial literacy nonprofit working with California’s K-12 teachers and students. Prior to that, she was the Director of Development for a regional symphony from 2007.
Prior to that, Fieux worked as the General Manager of The Grove of Anaheim Grove of Anaheim, the 1,700-capacity concert facility adjacent to Anaheim Stadium. There she oversaw all aspects of the venue that hosted more than 250 events annually, including concerts, comedy, club nights and community and corporate and private events.
Fieux lives in South Pasadena, is a member of the Tournament of Roses Association and serves on the Development Committee of FVO Solutions.
She will be based at the Chapter’s Pasadena headquarters.
