Proceeds from Meet the Mormons Film to Support Red Cross

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has been a supporter of the American Red Cross for over 30 years. The organization has proudly announced that net proceeds from a new feature-length film, Meet the Mormons, will support the humanitarian relief efforts of the Red Cross.

The film will debut in theaters nationwide October 10, 2014. The net proceeds – box office proceeds less distribution expenses – from the film will be donated to the Red Cross.

The American Red Cross encourages you to go see the film which focuses on volunteerism and giving back to the communities in which we live. Volunteers are the cornerstone of the American Red Cross and the film promotes the importance of engaging in your local community and giving back through service.
