City & County of Honolulu: The following locations to open on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 4pm:

BYU-Hawaii 

Farrington High School

Leilehua High School 

Nanakuli High School/Middle 

Waimanalo Elementary and Intermediate

Maui County: No shelters to be opened

County of Kauai: To be determined later today
