Seven times a day, someone dies in a home fire in the United States.
A staggering 60 percent of those fire fatalities occur in a home that did not have a working smoke alarm.
You can save a life by joining American Red Cross volunteers and partner volunteers, as they aim to install 1,000 smoke alarms in Rose Hill, N.C. homes, and surrounding areas.
When: Saturday, May 14, 2016
Time: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Location: Rose Hill Town Square
