Danielle Morvant rested better, thanks to the team of American Red Cross volunteers working at the Baton Rouge shelter she was staying in after the floods.
The Red Cross helped Danielle get a special cot to help with medical needs and it was delivered to her at the shelter, bringing a huge smile across her face.
"Doctors told me I didn't qualify for one, but the Red Cross made it happen," Danielle said. "They have been right here with me and have been so good to me. I will definitely sleep better tonight."
