Red Cross Shelters 14 People Due to Road Closures

Due to road closures from Cheyenne to Casper, the American Red Cross of Wyoming opened a shelter Tuesday night, Dec. 15, in Wheatland for stranded travelers. A total of 14 people stayed overnight at the shelter, which was located at the National Guard Armory at 1257 Cole Street.
