The American Red Cross is responding to the Vicksburg Village apartment fire in Plymouth, Minnesota. “We will be with the people affected by this disaster until we’re certain that they have safe shelter,” says Claudia Kelly, American Red Cross lead volunteer responding to fire. Initial indications are that 60 units are affected. Some may be uninhabitable.
