Customers who speak their mind to TKG StorageMart Partners provide the incentive for a company program that makes a donation to the American Red Cross Heart of Missouri Chapter.
“We have a program for our customers to give us feedback on their service,” said Sarah Little, StorageMart marketing director. “Every time we get their feedback we make a donation to the Red Cross.”
Funds from the StorageMart customer feedback program are part of a $16,626.24 donation the company made Tuesday to the chapter.
“We are extremely grateful for the partnership we have with StorageMart,” said Nancy Sell, the chapter’s major gift officer. “They have been wonderful work to with and we look forward to continuing our relationship.”
The donation also included funds from StorageMart’s support of the chapter’s 2014 Lifesaver event and a partnership for participating in a Central Missouri Honor Flight Welcome Home ceremony.
“We had a relationship with Nancy doing some of the other awards and things, so we decided to expand our partnership,” Little said. “We came up with the customer feedback program. It was the right time when we wanted to gather more feedback on line so we merged the two.”
