Red Cross Honors Volunteers May Becker and Dan Harmony
Dan and May are an integral part of regional disaster management and their ideas and participation are unparalleled in my time at the Red Cross.

Congratulations to dedicated American Red Cross of Central New York volunteers May Becker and Dan Harmony for receiving Certificates of Appreciation May 28 during the CNY Region staff meeting at the Red Cross office in downtown Syracuse. May, our Disaster Workforce Engagement Specialist, and Dan, our Disaster Workforce Engagement Manager, were honored for their commitment to the regional structure and their work with disaster volunteers from throughout the 16-county CNY Region.

Longtime Red Cross supporters Candace and John Marsellus provided funding for the certificates and gifts for May and Dan. They each received $50 worth of CNY Regional Market coins because they both enjoy shopping at the market. Thank you to Candace and John for recognizing the value of our volunteers, and a special thank you to May and Dan for their continued service and devotion to the Red Cross mission.
