For all you fans of WTGR’s Market Time program, the American Red Cross Darke County Chapter has a special fair treat for you! This Friday, at the Great Darke County Fair, located at the Comfort Station, just the other side of the grandstands, radio celebrity, Alex “Market Time” Mikos will be autographing photos from 12:30-3:00.
“Really, really, do you think my fans will come and see me, I’ll probably only sign two photos”, stated DJ Mikos, recently when Red Cross Executive Director, Lynne Gump, challenged him on air.
In addition to Alex, the Red Cross will also have Waddles the Duck and Ready Teddy at the fair and children may receive an autographed photo of these American Red Cross Mascots as well and as always, the comfort station has free water, sunscreen, band aids and other fun and free ways to enjoy the fair.
