At the American Red Cross we work with heroes in our community every day. Our Heroes Breakfast is a chance for us to honor those who have made the simple, yet powerful decision to put their personal needs aside in order to help others.
Awards will be presented to recipients who have been nominated by community members and selected by the 2013 Heroes Breakfast Nomination Committee. The awards will recognize local heroes in the following categories:
Presented to an individual who displayed leadership and commitment to his or her community by making a positive and significant impact.
Presented to an individual who exhibited heroic efforts in response to a disaster.
