A Celebration of Achievement
The 2014 Spectrum Awards will be held on November 12, 2014 at the Union League, Philadelphia, and will recognize and celebrate the achievements of four people who have distinguished themselves as corporate and community leaders making outstanding contributions to help improve the quality of life in our community. The event will also award the Twinkle Star scholarship to a deserving young person from a Philadelphia area high school that represents the values of the Red Cross and wishes to further their education.
We are honored to welcome Pat Ciarrocchi from CBS3 as our host again this year.
BEYOND THE GLASS CEILING CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
2015 Recipient: Emily L. Bittenbender, Managing Partner, Bittenbender Construction
This award is presented to a woman who has broken through the glass ceiling to distinguish herself as a true leader and achiever while being responsive to her community and embodying the values of the American Red Cross.

CLARA BARTON OUTSTANDING HUMANITARIAN AWARD FOR COMMUNITY SERVICE
2015 Recipient: Maria Battle, Senior Vice President, Office of Community Investment, AmeriHealth Caritas
This award is presented to a woman who has demonstrated outstanding leadership in the areas of community service, such as the following: education, hunger, homelessness, or preservation of life in our community. In so doing, this woman has impacted and enriched the lives of others while embodying the values of the American Red Cross.

This award is presented to a woman who exemplifies the highest levels of achievement, influence, and commitment in her industry. This woman is an inspiration to others and the community she impacts all while embracing the values of the Red Cross-impartiality, unity, independence, voluntary service and humanity.

TWINKLE STAR SCHOLARSHIP

The Twinkle Star award is presented each year to a deserving high school student who actively participates in a Red Cross Club and intends to further his or her education after high school. This year we will present two Twinkle Star Scholarships to two outstanding students.
