The event may be cancelled or postponed due to inclement weather. Red Cross will refund all purchases in the event of a cancellation. Need not be present to win. Winners will be contacted by phone within 10 business days. Proceeds benefit the vital mission services of the American Red Cross.

There will be a heroes victory party following the Ball Drop with refreshments and awards at the Beaufort County Agricultural Ext next to the airport.
