The Tea Affaire is a mid-day tea held each spring in celebration of time, talent and treasure of women who commit themselves in many ways to benefit others, and in particular, those who are dedicated to the work of their local American Red Cross. The tea honors the American Red Cross Capital Region's Legacy Circle Society and Tiffany Circle Society of Women Leaders.
Funds raised support the project of the 2013 Tiffany Circle to: provide programs to the area's youth population, and provide local programs and services that benefit military members, their families and veterans.
The Tea Affaire Planning Committee: Tinnie Thompson (Co-Chair), Marlene McColm (Co-Chair), Robin Bevier, Deborah Baron, Paulette Bruce, Donna Coughlin, Kristi DeVaney, Mary Lyn Kagan, Pamela Lapinsk, Taruna Nag, Diane Thomas and Diana Turner.
