On June 29, 2013, Canadian singer / songwriter Justin Hines will perform a special concert at the Cutting Room on E. 32 Street in Manhattan to benefit the American Red Cross as part of his “Vehicle of Change” tour.
Justin’s story is inspirational and serves as a reminder that we all can make a difference. A talented musician, Hines has overcome Larsen's Syndrome, a rare genetic joint condition he’s had since birth. This disease dislocates the joints and confines Hines to a wheelchair.
Hines has made a career of using his talents and personal triumph to support local charitable organizations. The musician chooses a different organization to support in each city he plays in. Over the years, he has helped raise millions of dollars for charities all over the world.
Since Hines has seen the work of the organization firsthand in Joplin, Mo. and personally identifies with the Red Cross mission, he has selected the Red Cross as the charity of choice for his NYC concert.
"The Vehicle of Change Tour will be a meaningful adventure and one that will connect us with so many wonderful people along the way," said Hines. "A great example of this will be our show in New York City to benefit the American Red Cross. Over the years, the Red Cross has contributed to wellbeing of so many and we're honored to once again team up with them on this journey for change."
