  • The American Red Cross touches 1 in 3 lives of residents in Washtenaw and Lenawee Counties, 365 days a year, 24/7.

Join us at 4624 Packard St. in Ann Arbor for a one hour behind the scenes tour of the Chapter. Hear stories from people in your community who have been affected by our programs. The tour begins in our Command Center where we meet in order to coordinate our response to local emergencies. Step inside our state-of-the-art Blood Donation Center and learn more about why blood donation is so very important. Visit our classrooms where lifesaving CPR & First Aid classes take place. Throughout the one hour tour you will meet staff and volunteers who will share their moving stories about responding to local disasters, providing emergency communication to military personnel, and of the lives that have been saved through vital blood donations and CPR/First Aid training. You will be inspired by the services and the critical work we do in this community.

Someday the Red Cross may help you, your family, your friends, or your neighbors!

Special group tours available upon request.
