As part of Restoring Family Links and recognizing the refugees of the world, we are showing this documentary, free of charge. Seating is limited so we are encouraging responses.

Join the American Red Cross as we honor World Refugee Day on Sunday, June 22 at 12:30 p.m. at the Guild Cinema, located at 3405 Central Ave. NE.

In recognition of this day, we will be screening the film, “A Great Wonder: Lost Children of Sudan,” directed by Kim Shelton. This documentary traces the journey of three Sudanese youth who are resettled from refugee camps in Ethiopia and Kenya to Seattle, Washington after fleeing the war in Sudan.

Join us to learn more about the plight of millions of refugees around the globe and the services offered to refugees both in the Albuquerque community and abroad through the Red Cross’ Restoring Family Links (RFL) program.
