Helping Family Displaced By a Home Fire

Watsonville, CA (November 3, 2011) - The American Red Cross volunteers from Santa Cruz County are providing emergency assistance to a family of ten with four children that was displaced following a home fire on Wednesday night in Watsonville. The American Red Cross is providing shelter, food, clothing, medication and emotional support for the affected family. The local Red Cross Chapter is working with the family to assist with their long-term recovery from the fire.
