Residents Displaced By Grant Street Fire

SANTA CRUZ, CA (February 7, 2012) – Volunteers from the American Red Cross Santa Cruz County Chapter are on the scene providing emergency assistance to 17 people displaced by a duplex fire this evening. A total of eight children and nine adults have been affected by the two-unit fire. Volunteers are in the process of providing shelter as well as care and comfort kits, and the local chapter will work with the residents to assist with their long-term recovery.
