Marin, CA (June 9, 2015) - The American Red Cross of the Bay Area, Marin County, presented the 2015 Leadership Award to Rich Shortall of San Anselmo.
Rich Shortall is no exception to the wonderful volunteers the American Red Cross has. His leadership has been an inspiration to his peers and has made a measurable impact not only in the Marin County but also in the Red Cross overall.
Outstanding volunteers like Rich were honored at the Marin Volunteer Awards and Recognition Event on May 18th at Inn Marin also include:
American Red Cross’ workforce is 96% volunteers who put their compassion into action to serve their communities. This has been one of the great constants throughout its 134-year history and we can be sure that it will always remain a huge part of the Red Cross’ mission.
