October 29, 2013: Local individuals, businesses and volunteers can become a “HERO” by agreeing to raise at least $1,000 for National Capital Region programs through the annual Red Cross Heroes Campaign in the National Capital Region. The campaign will run from November 1 through December 31, 2013.
Contributors may work alone or choose to involve their company, civic club, place of worship or school in their fundraising efforts. Donors will be recognized by the Red Cross.
