Marco's Pizza is challenging the Midlands community to help those affected by Hurricane Matthew by supporting the American Red Cross. Marcos Pizza is kicking off the challenge with a $5,000 donation to the Red Cross.
Customers of Marco's Pizza can make a donation to the Red Cross when ordering their pizzas online, by phone or in-store. Their challenge runs through the end of October.
"Thank you to Marcos Pizza for helping the Red Cross in our community bring relief to those impacted by Hurricane Matthew,” said Rebecca Jordan, executive director of the Red Cross of Central SC.
Joe Walker, Owner, stated “We here at Marco's Pizza of SC are excited to partner with the Red Cross in this effort to assist the victims of Hurricane Matthew. We endeavor to give back to this community, to our peers, and what better way than to assist an organization such as the Red Cross whose mission it is to assist those in their darkest hours. We hope that our humble effort will result in some semblance of relief for those hurting now.”
