American Red Cross Makes Preparations for Annual Holiday Craft Show

American Red Cross is making preparations for its 20th Annual Holiday Craft Show to be held Thanksgiving weekend, November 30 and December 1, 2013.

The Wyoming Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross is making preparations for its 20th Annual Holiday Craft Show to be held Thanksgiving weekend, November 30 and December 1, 2013 at the Armory National Guard in Kingston. This exciting event features over 100 crafters exhibiting a wide variety of unique handcrafted items including: jewelry, fine art, holiday and country crafts, glassware, handmade soaps and lotions, clothing, pet accessories and much more. This year the event will also feature wine tastings and PA Wineries including: O’Donnell Winery, Ferrone Family Winery, Capra Collina Winery, and Maiolatesi Winery. Door prizes, concessions and free parking will be available. Catering will be provided by Maer’s BBQ.

Applications are still being accepted for new craft vendors. Applications are available on-line at www.redcross.org/pa/wilkes-barre or by calling (570) 823-7161 ext. 336. General admission is $5.00 per person. Children 18 and under are free. Sunday special admission pricing is $3.00 per person after 2pm. Saturday hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Proceeds benefit the programs and services of the Wyoming Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross.
