Red Cross Invites Public to Attend 7th Annual Heroes Kick-off

MYRTLE BEACH, SC, January 15, 2014 – The Coastal South Carolina Chapter of the American Red Cross invites the public to join them at their 7th Annual Heroes Campaign Kick-off Event at Hard Rock Café at Broadway at the Beach on Tuesday, February 25, from 5-8 p.m.

This seventh year will be another great time for everyone there with fun, laughter, friends and food. Event attendees will be able to support a great cause, while enjoying amazing food, great entertainment and unique silent & live auction items.  Enjoy the evening with local celebrities, media personalities and Ed Piotrowski of News Channel 15 as the Master of Ceremony.

General seating is $50 per person and includes festive food stations and non-alcoholic beverages. (Happy hour specials will be available for those wanting to buy bar drinks.) Although these individual general tickets are available, the purchase of 10 tickets will reserve a VIP table with your name displayed and acknowledgement of your being a Heroes Supporter. The Heroes Campaign is an annual fundraising campaign in which each “hero” donates a minimum of $1,250 to support the local services and mission of the Red Cross. 100% of your donation support our community and helps many of your neighbors in their time of need. Since July 1, the Coastal South Carolina Chapter serving Horry, Georgetown and Williamsburg Counties, has provided immediate emergency needs of food, clothing and shelter to over 300 local residents who have been devastated by a home to fire.
