Nearly 21 million U.S. adults were affected by disasters in the last decade. That’s nearly 5 times more than in the prior decade. This year the Palmetto SC Region of the American Red Cross has provided disaster relief assistance to more than 4,300 people affected by disaster in our region including the Front Street fire in Georgetown.
People in Georgetown can join the rank of the millions of people who are helping to prepare themselves today for tomorrow’s emergencies. For more information or to sign up for a presentation contact Dalia Dinkins 803-540-1232 or Dalia.Dinkins@redcross.org.
