Training and Certification:

Accessing your training certificate

If the class participant -

Then the participant should be receiving an email with the appropriate link. Remember to check your spam folder if you do not see your email. If you registered for your class through this web site, you can find your digital certificate by signing into your RedCross.org account and looking under “My Classes” - “Transcripts.” If you still have difficulty, please call 1-800-Red Cross (1-800-733-2767) and follow the prompts for training and certification.

If the class participant -

Please go to: redcross.org/getcertificate.


Printing your wallet card or digital certificate

If your employer requires a wallet card or printed verification, print the digital certificate in a wallet-card format and cut from a printed page using regular 8½ x 11 sheet of white paper, card stock or standard business card cardstock. If you cannot print or do not want to print your own card, you can request a printed certificate by calling 1-800-Red Cross (1-800-733-2767). A $7.95 shipping and handling fee is charged for each printed certificate request.


Online registration issues/assistance

If you need assistance, call the Training Service Center at 1-800-Red Cross (1-800-733-2767) and follow the prompts for training and certification.

Note: If you are registering more than one person with a credit card online, you can only register one (1) person at a time. Sorry for any inconvenience.


Technical assistance for online courses

Upon registering for an online or blended learning class, an email with instructions on how to access the online content would have been sent. Be sure to check your spam folder.

If you need assistance, you can always call the Red Cross IT Service Desk (1-888-778-7762) and select option 1.


Instructor assistance

Red Cross Partner Resource Directory provides links to the instructor support website - Instructor's Corner, and links to Red Cross Store, Learning Center, etc.

Alternatively, instructors may call the Red Cross Support Center at 1-800 RED-CROSS; follow the prompts for Training and Certifications.


Billing

For billing related inquires (credit card, invoice, billing and refunds) please call 1 888-284-0607 or email billing@redcross.org.
